About Us

Friendship Childcare is an in-home daycare owned and operated by Deborah Blair. 

For the last 14 years I have been the Office Manager for a law firm in Nashville, TN. I earned my Associates degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University while raising a family and working full time. For the last few years, I have been searching for a new opportunity. I’ve searched for something that would allow me to not only spend more time with and provide for my family but also serve a purpose in our community that I could be excited and motivated about. In March 2020 Friendship Childcare was formed.  

 I have provided care for multiple children ranging in ages since I was a teenager. My family now consists of five children ages 18, 17, 15, 13 and 8. I also have 11 nieces and nephews that range in ages from 6 - 20. Birthdays and Holidays are always a full house event. While I don’t have hands-on experience running a childcare facility or working in a childcare setting, I do have several years of experience in loving and raising kids of multiple ages at one time.
